First check if the pump is locked — twist the pump head counter-clockwise to unlock it. If it still won't dispense, the pump may be air-locked from shipping. Try pressing it firmly several times to prime it. If neither works, reach out to the BV team at hello@barfootvenus.com and they'll make it right.

Start with half a cup and adjust to your liking — more soak means more scent and more skin-softening goodness in the water. There's no wrong amount. Run it under warm water as the bath fills to help it dissolve and release the fragrance.
