This review is LONG overdue! After having been introduced to various BV body care products via a gift box at Christmas 2023, I made my first purchase from BarefootVenus.com in early 2025. It wasn't by accident that I chose a couple of jars of All Cracked Up Foot Balm at the time, despite not having tried it. Over many decades, I have tried multiple ways of dealing with heels that suffer the unfortunate results of our dry (and cold) weather. (I live in Edmonton, even though my past reviews label me from Vancouver.) Specialty creams from Vaseline and Avon didn't work well enough, so occasionally the hardware – pumice stones and shavers – had to come out. Nothing did the job until I found this foot balm from BV. Yes, it takes a while to fully absorb after applying (so don't go slip sliding your way across the bathroom floor), but just put on a pair of socks and your feet will thank you for the treatment. I've gifted some of this magical stuff to others who have also said that it's a wonderful cream. Oh, and while I'm the writer in the family, my husband – who was the recipient of the other jar from my first order – had this to say: "It makes my feet soft and smell minty fresh!" Perhaps he's actually more eloquent than me in saying so much in so few words!
