Every order is a little care package, thoughtfully packed and sent with love.
If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below and reach out to us at info@barefootvenus.com within 21 days of purchase so we can make it right.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
• Your purchase must be from www.barefootvenus.com (For products purchased through retail partners, please contact the store directly and follow their return policy)
• The item must have been purchased within the last 21 days
• Products must be new or lightly tested, not noticeably used
• Please include your invoice and order number
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective

If your product arrived damaged or something didn’t come through quite right, please let us know. We’ll cover the return shipping if the issue is on our end.

Once We Receive Your Return

We’ll send you a confirmation email and process a full refund for the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges.
• No re-stocking fees
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• No cash refunds
• Sale items and shipping fees are non-refundable

We pour a lot of love into every product we make. Each one is thoughtfully crafted, tested, and refined with care.

But once a package leaves our hands, nature sometimes takes over. A pump may not work as it should, and environmental elements like heat or freezing can affect consistency. If your order didn’t arrive the way it was meant to, please email us at info@barefootvenus.com.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, an alternative, or a refund.
